Product Description

LINUO® HPL Compact Laminate is a solid decorative panel developed for projects where durability, hygiene and long-term stability are essential.
Manufactured by compressing multiple layers of phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper with decorative surface paper under high temperature and high pressure, the finished board becomes a dense, self-supporting material capable of withstanding years of intensive use.
Unlike particle board or MDF, compact laminate does not rely on a core substrate. Its solid structure provides excellent resistance to moisture, impact and daily wear, making it a preferred material for commercial interiors with high traffic and strict hygiene requirements.
Today, HPL Compact Laminate is widely specified for hospitals, schools, laboratories, transportation hubs, office buildings, hotels and public washrooms around the world.
Each LINUO panel is produced from more than one hundred layers of premium kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin. Decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin forms the surface layer, creating both visual appeal and long-lasting protection.
During manufacturing, the material is consolidated under approximately 150°C and 1430 psi of pressure. This process permanently bonds every layer into a single homogeneous panel without adhesives or fillers.
The result is a board that offers exceptional structural integrity, dimensional stability and resistance to environmental changes.
Black core is the industry standard, while white, brown and other customized core colors are available for architectural projects requiring specific visual effects.

LINUO Compact Laminate is suitable for conventional woodworking equipment as well as CNC machining.
It can be accurately processed through cutting, drilling, milling, grooving and edge profiling to produce components for a wide variety of applications.
Common edge treatments include square edges, bevels and radius profiles, allowing manufacturers and installers to achieve both functional and aesthetic requirements with precision.
